A New Chapter for Benton Harbor
Project T is a transformative, three-phase housing development in Benton Harbor, Michigan — built on the site of the former Mercy Hospital at 960 Agard Avenue. Led by Harbor Habitat for Humanity in partnership with Renovare Development, this initiative is the largest affordable housing project in the region in years.
Project T serves the “Missing Middle”: hardworking individuals and families who earn too much for traditional subsidized housing but still struggle to find an affordable path to homeownership.
