Ms. Signora Manns was born and raised in the Benton Harbor community and joined as a Partner Family with Harbor Habitat in 2000. She married Mr. Rick McClendon In May of 2003. Mr. McClendon is a life-time resident of Benton Harbor and has been employed with the City of Benton Harbor for the past 8 years. Their family attends Jesus Lives Here Church.
