Established in 1995
Creates quality, decent, and affordable housing for deserving famillies
Constructed 73 new homes by volunteers
Built an office and warehouse building on E. Main Street, Benton Harbor in 2000-01 through volunteer labor
Hired first full-time staff person in 2001
Current staff includes: Executive Director, Director of Construction, Director of Volunteer Services, Director of Family Services, Office Manager, (2) Accountants, Inventory & Procurement Officer, ReStore Operations Manager, (2) ReStore Associates, Director of Development, Chief Financial Officer, and (2) Construction Site Supervisors
2008-2010 plans in place to construct an entirely new neighborhood; building a 21-unit subdivision on Crystal Avenue in Benton Charter Township!
Developed relations with MSHDA Homelinks providing additional assistance to new homeowners
Established two targeted areas that are now growing and very visibly improving our community
Currently initiating programs for continued strategic development of the community including collaborations with various agencies and organizations for large scale development
Established a Development Committee that has diversified funding source and support to provide stable growth for future effort
